Türkiye'nin en köklü iş derneklerinden biri olan PERYÖN'ün yönetiminde insan kaynakları liderleri, yönetim danışmanları, akademisyenler ve sivil toplum liderleri görev üstleniyor.

Berna Öztınaz is Chair of the European Association for People Management (EAPM) and has served on the World Federation of People Management Associations (WFPMA) Board representing EAPM since 2022. She previously chaired PERYON for two consecutive terms and continues to contribute as International Affairs Representative on its Advisory Board.
She currently serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at Genel Energy, an independent oil and gas exploration and production company listed on the London Stock Exchange. With over 20 years of international experience across multiple disciplines, Berna’s work is centered on leadership, talent, and the reinvention of HR—areas she views as critical in navigating the megatrends reshaping the world of work at unprecedented speed.
